FOOD: POISON OR MEDICINE?

Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Some of our common everyday foods have incredible healing properties. Some foods have toxic properties. How to use the right food at the right time is good to know. Come and learn with Faith Starr which foods do what and exactly how to use them for yourself. You will leave with info on how to get superb impact from items you already have in your pantry to enhance your health both through your diet and in treating everyday ailments internally & externally.

This free talk is sponsored by Mt Lebanon Public Library and presented by Faith Starr.
